Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AM2STORE website and the purchase of products available in the online shop.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the conditions relating to shipping, exchanges and returns.
Consumer protection provisions apply to individuals making purchases for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activities. Sales to retailers, businesses or professionals may be governed by separate commercial agreements.

Products
AM2STORE sells clothing and accessories manufactured and marketed under the AM2 – Absolute Mess brand.
The main features, materials, sizes, colours and prices of the products are listed on their respective pages.
Images aim to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, slight colour differences may occur due to the screen used, photographic lighting or the product's craftsmanship and manufacturing characteristics.

Prices
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed.
AM2STORE may change prices at any time. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
If there is an obvious material error in a product's price or description, AM2STORE will inform the customer before dispatch and allow them to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Orders and formation of the contract
The customer can place an order by selecting the products, size and any available variants and completing checkout.
Before confirming the order, the customer must check that the selected products, shipping address and information provided are correct.
Automatic receipt of the order does not guarantee product availability. The sales contract is considered concluded when AM2STORE confirms acceptance and processing of the order.
If one or more products are unavailable, the customer will be informed and any amounts already paid will be refunded.
Requests to amend or cancel an order must be communicated promptly. AM2STORE will do its best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been prepared or handed to the carrier.

Payments
Payment can be made using the systems available and displayed at checkout, which may include payment cards, PayPal, Klarna and other methods provided by Shopify.
The use of PayPal, Klarna or other payment providers is also subject to their respective contractual terms.
AM2STORE does not directly store full payment card details.
The order is processed after payment has been successfully authorised.

Shipping and delivery
AM2STORE ships to Italy and to supported European Union countries available for selection at checkout.
Costs, free shipping thresholds and estimated delivery times are shown on the shipping page and at checkout.
For orders delivered to Italy, standard shipping is free once the threshold shown on the website is reached, currently €59.90.
The delivery times shown are estimates. In the event of delays caused by the carrier, exceptional events or circumstances outside AM2STORE's direct control, the customer will receive all possible assistance.
The customer must ensure that the address entered is complete and correct. Any costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where lawfully due.

Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day on which they take physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement using the website's “Request a Return” form or by writing to info@am2store.com, providing:

products they wish to return;

contact email address or telephone number.
After notifying AM2STORE of the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days.
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless the product received is incorrect or defective, or AM2STORE has expressly stated that it will cover the cost.

Condition of returned products
The customer may try on the product to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics, size and fit, as they would in a shop.
Products must be returned clean, unused beyond normal trying on, unwashed and complete with any accessories and hygiene protections supplied.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. In this case, AM2STORE may reduce the refund in proportion to the actual loss of value.

Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, AM2STORE will refund payments received for the returned products and, where required by law, the cost of the initial standard delivery.
Any additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
The refund may be withheld until the returned products are received or until the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases expressly provided for by law, including made-to-measure or clearly personalised products.
For sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded only if the seal or hygiene protection has been removed after delivery and the conditions laid down by law are met.

Size exchange
Size exchanges are an additional commercial service and do not limit the statutory right of withdrawal.
For orders delivered to Italy with a value of €99.90 or more, AM2STORE offers the first size exchange free of charge, subject to the conditions on the “Exchanges and Returns” page.
For orders below this threshold and any subsequent exchanges, shipping costs may be payable by the customer.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the newly requested size.

Defective or non-conforming products
Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for in the Italian Consumer Code.
If a product is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, the customer must contact AM2STORE by writing to info@am2store.com and include the order number and photographs that help verify the issue.
Once the defect or error is confirmed, the customer will not be charged the costs required for return and replacement.
All consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid under the conditions and for the period specified in the relevant communication.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combinable with other offers.
In the event of a return, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount was applied.

Use of the website
The customer undertakes to use the website lawfully and not to engage in activities that could impair its operation, compromise security or infringe the rights of AM2STORE or third parties.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, text, patterns, drawings, collections and content on the website belong to LI BASSI FASHION GROUP S.R.L. or their respective owners.
Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Changes to the Terms
AM2STORE may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes.
Changes apply to orders placed after publication. Orders already concluded remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.

Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
For disputes with a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction where required by law.
Before taking legal action, the customer is invited to contact AM2STORE to seek an amicable resolution.
