EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
This page provides all the information about size exchanges, returns and refunds for purchases made at AM2 Store.
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law.
Size exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, you can request a size exchange.
🇮🇹 Italy
- The first size exchange is free for orders over €99.90.
- For orders under €99.90, shipping costs are payable by the customer.
🇪🇺 European Union
- Shipping costs are payable by the customer.
🌍 Non-EU countries
- Shipping costs are always payable by the customer.

Returns and refunds
If you wish to return one or more items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in applicable law.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
For returns requesting a refund, the costs of processing the return and return shipping will be deducted directly from the refund amount, as follows:
- €15,00 for the first item returned;
- €5,00 for each additional item returned under the same return request.
The amounts above will be deducted directly from your refund.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photographs that clearly show the problem.
In these cases:
- AM2 Store will cover all return shipping costs.
- Any replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Return conditions
To be accepted for return, the product must:
- Not have been used, washed or damaged.
- Have all original labels attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be sent in a single shipment.
- Show no signs of use, stains, odours or wear.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must only be tried on over your underwear. Returned products showing signs of use beyond normal trying-on may be refused or receive a partial refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the original tag, security seal or any other identifying element attached by AM2 Store is removed, tampered with or missing, AM2 Store reserves the right to refuse the return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If returned items show signs of use, stains, odours (including perfume, deodorant, smoke or other persistent smells), animal hair, washing, alterations, removed labels or any other condition that reduces their commercial value, AM2 Store reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund proportionate to the reduction in the product's value, where permitted by applicable law.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made to the customer's specific requirements.
Return deadlines
Products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The goods remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.
