EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
On this page you will find all information regarding size exchanges, returns and refunds for purchases made on AM2 Store.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange.
🇮🇹 Italy
• The first size exchange is free for orders over €99.90.
• For orders below €99.90, shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
🇪🇺 European Union
• Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
🌍 Non-EU Countries
• Shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return one or more items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.
In these cases:
• Return shipping costs will be covered by AM2 Store.
• Any replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
• They must not have been used, washed or damaged.
• They must include all original tags.
• They must be returned in their original packaging.
• They must be shipped in a single return shipment.
• They must not show signs of wear, stains, odors or misuse.
AM2 Store reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned product shows a loss of value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
According to applicable consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products made according to the customer's specifications.
Return Deadlines
Products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days after notifying us of the decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received at our warehouse.
