RETURNS ITALY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items within 12 days of delivery and choose to receive a replacement or a voucher to be used within 6 months of issue.
To proceed with the return, you must include all the order details and the receipt inside the package.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Send an email info@am2store.com indiI'll include the order number and the owner
- Within 2 business days, you will receive an email with all the shipping information.
- Hand delivery to the BRT branch closest to you
- Always remember to include all the references of the correctly completed order inside the package., so as to allow our logistics to proceed as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
There are three different options for making a return:
1. Size exchange: If you ordered the wrong size and would like the same item in the right size, size exchanges are completely free for orders over €59.90.
NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS AND DURING THE SALE PERIOD.
2. Refund: If you decide to opt for a refund Shipping costs are your responsibility. The cost is €10, so your refund will be offset by €10. (e.g., if you return an item worth €99, you'll receive a refund of €89.) The refund will always be made to the same payment method you used to place the order.
3. Other: If you received the wrong or non-compliant item, request the same product or the product contained in the original order.
The right of return is considered to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
We reserve the right to not accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 12 days from the date you placed your order.
It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
If the order is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, the order is returned more than 12 days after purchase.
