RETURNS ITALY

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 12 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in exchange or receive a voucher to be used within 6 months of issuance.
To proceed with the return, you must include all order references and the receipt inside the package.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@am2store.com indicating the order number and the name of the order holder
- Within 2 working days you will receive an email with all the details for shipping.
- Hand delivery at the nearest BRT branch to you

Always remember to include all order details correctly filled out inside the package, so that our logistics can proceed as quickly as possible.
RETURN METHODS
There are three different options for making a return:
1. Size exchange: If you ordered the wrong size and want to receive the same item but in the correct size for you. Size exchange is completely free for orders over €59.90.
NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS AND DURING THE SALE PERIOD.
2. Refund: if you decide to opt for a refund, shipping costs are at your expense. The costs amount to €10, so your refund will be reduced by €10 (e.g.: if you return an item worth €99 you will receive a refund of €89). The refund is always made to the same payment method you used when placing the order.
3. Other: If you have received the wrong or non-compliant item, request the same product or the product contained in the original order.
The right of return is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging;
- returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 12 days from the date you placed the order.
It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.
In the unlikely event that the return is made under unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you.

In some cases, only partial refunds are guaranteed:
If the order is not in original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error; the order is returned more than 12 days after purchase.
