2. Store Credit

Alternatively, you can receive a store credit of equal value, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

    Shipping costs are borne by the customer for orders under €99.90.
  • 🇪🇺 European Union:
    Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • 🌍 Non-EU countries:

3. Incorrect or defective item

If you received an incorrect or non-compliant product, you may request a replacement at no additional cost.
